HARD WORK AND DETERMINATION PAY OFF
Mr. Nimai Gadatiya, 10th passed from Maharajapur Village in Raigarh District, completed the Asst. Shuttering Carpentry & Scaffolding trade.  He joined JSPL Steel Structure Division Punjipathra three years ago and is now earning a salary of Rs. 13,000 per month

COMMITMENT TO CHANGE
Mr. Mukesh Kumar Banjare, 10th passed from Bhara Village in Raigarh District, took admission in Electrical Domestic trade.  After completion of his training, he accepted a job offer from JSPL Steel Structure Division Punjipathra and is earning Rs. 12,000 per month.


UNEMPLOYED BUT DETERMINED TO SUCCEED
Mr. Taketmal , a farmer’s son from Darramuda Village in Raigarh District completed only 8th class.  He struggled to find a job.  At OPJCC he worked hard in the Welder trade to develop solid marketable skills. Today he is working at Balkrishna Industries Ltd. Gujarat, currently earning Rs. 14,000 per month.


FROM OPJCC TO DUBAI
Mr. Irshad Khan from Tikuldiha Village in Garhwa District, Jharkhand is 12th passed. He put much effort in his training in the Painter trade to develop good skills to uplift his family condition.  He currently works with Falex Dubai UAE drawing a salary of Rs. 28,000 per month.

HANDS-ON LEARNING MAKES A DIFFERENCE
Mr. Nand Kumar Gupta, a farmer’s son, is 12th passed from Jaijaipur Village in Janjgir Champa District (CG). His fortune changed after completing the Welder trade.  He works at JSPL Structural Steel Division Punjipathra and gets a salary of Rs. 10,500 per month.

GAINFULLY EMPLOYED & SATISFIED
Mr. Chabi Lal Patel is 10th passed from Jabalpur Village in Raigarh District.  His friends told him about OPJCC and he subsequently took admission in Fitter trade.  He completed the course and interviewed at JSPL Structural Steel Division Punjipathra and is now supporting his family with a monthly salary of Rs. 11,000.

MAKING HIS FAMILY AND COMMUNITY PROUD
Mr. Harishankar Patel’s father taught him to work hard to achieve his dreams. Without skills and certification, he could only work as day labor on construction sites.  He pursued training in Masonry and was selected to represent OPJCC at the Chhattisgarh State Skills Competition.  Mr. Patel bagged 2nd place in the competition along with a Rs 20,000 award cheque and a job. He currently works with the Avinash Group in Bilaspur where he earns Rs. 8,500 per month.

TRAILBLAZERS
Ms. Purnima Chauhan, Ms. Ganga Sidar, and Ms. Leelavati Barait were simple village girls with ambition and dreams. They wanted to earn their own livelihood. After completing the Front Office cum Receptionist trade, they have never looked back!  With their families’ support and guidance from OPJCC staff, they successfully passed interviews and further training at  McDonald’s Raipur earning Rs. 9,000 per month.
